These are also known as perianal hematoma. These external haemorrhoids can be very painful, if a blood clot is formed inside it. It may sometimes become so itchy and these haemorrhoids in this type condition are known as thrombosed external haemorrhoids.
In general, healthy diet is one of an easy way to take care of the body. If we are taking medicines for any disease and at the same time, we are taking foods that are actually causing that disease, then it will not be possible for us to recover well from that disease. Generally speaking, regular exercise is a good way to stay healthy and disease free. Exercise is a great way to maintain a healthy weight. It helps to enhance the muscle tone. Exercise decreases the chances of constipation and hence decreases the risk of piles.
