Here are some tips for daily eating routine
- One can take oats in breakfast which are full of energy and helps you to lose weight as well.
- Prefer brown bread, glass of milk (low fat).
- Avoid extra ghee, and butter.
- A cup of lemon tea or herbal tea should be preferred
- One can add fruits like apple, pears, papaya also in the breakfast.
- Lunch should be less heavy than breakfast.
- It should be comprised of salad and carbohydrate and protein in the form of pulses.
