HAIR LOSS OR ALOPECIA

Alopecia is a term used for hair loss. Loss of 50 to 100 strands a day is normal, but a loss of more than 100 strands and thinning of hairs is abnormal. Most of the people experience hair loss in their thirties.

Is alopecia a disease?
