1. Macadamia Nuts
Compared to other nuts macadamia nuts have the most calories along with the lowest amounts of protein and highest amounts of fats. Nutritionists advise that you practice proper proportion control when taking these nuts so as to remain healthy.
2. Pecans
Similar to the macadamia nuts these nuts have low protein and high amounts of fat as well as many calories. Eating a large amount at the same time is not advisable as it will be harmful to your health.
