Coronary Heart Disease

Coronary artery disease is among many heart disorders which has occupied many people around the world. It is a condition when major blood vessels which supply blood, oxygen and nutrients to heart are affected and damaged. This is due to the deposition of plague in the arteries. This accumulation leads to narrowing of blood vessels which obstruct the flow of blood and in this way there is poor supply and nutrition to the heart. Reduce intake of salt, meat and high fat dairy products. Avoid eating out as they use hydrogenated oil for cooking. Learn healthy methods of cooking such as baking or tossing vegetables.
