Healthy Joints With Exercise And Healthy Diet

Arthritis is a form of rheumatic disease, which is generally characterized by inflammation in some parts of the body. Osteoarthritis is a type of arthritis that damages joints, cartilages and bones. It is the most common type of arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is another common type of arthritis that affects the synovial lining of joints which in turn causes pain, swelling, stiffness, and even loss of function.

Arthritis can be managed to some extent with the help of some dietary changes. Healthy diet is in fact a necessary requirement to maintain a healthy body. The ingredients of this formulations are guggul (commiphora mukul resin) as its ingredient along with amla (Emblica officinalis), bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), haritaki (Terminalia chebula), pippali (Piper longum) and many others. All these ingredients work very effectively in all types of arthritis and hence subsides the symptoms like pain, inflammation, stiffness of joint along with that allows free movement of joints as well.
