Weight gain has become a major issue these days. And our present lifestyle leads to more and more accumulation of fats in the abdominal region leading to belly fat. Accumulation of too much of body fat leads to several complications. Also, it results in lack of self confidence and people tend to lose their individualities. To get rid of such a condition, there are certain home remedies for flat belly.

Useful Home Remedies

1. Lemon Water

Lemon water is used to enhance the performance of the enzymes, which detoxify the liver and helps to metabolize the belly fat, which gets deposited along the waist line. Have a glass of warm lemon water every day in the morning. Make sure not to have anything else for the next 30 minutes.

Fish Oil Rich In Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Omega 3 fatty acids like docosahexaenoic acid, linolenic acid and icosapentaenoic acid help in metabolizing the fat. This minimizes the storage of fats across the waistline. Fishes such as mackerel, salmon, sardines are highly rich in Omega 3 fatty acids.
