Eladi Churna

Introduction

Eladi churna is a powdered herbal formulation and its main ingredient is Cardamom. Eladi churna helps in treating digestive disorders, nausea, anorexia, excessive thirst. It aids in balancing Vata and Kapha.

Ingredients

• Cardamom
• Cinnamon
• Nagkesar
• Black pepper
• Dried ginger
• Sugar

Method of Preparation

First clean all the ingredients and then grind them separately. Mix and sift these powders with a muslin cloth to obtain fine powder. Store this powder in an airtight container away from heat and light.

Dosage

1 to 3 grams with honey or sugar.

Contraindications

• If you're already suffering from gastritis or any other digestive disorder you might feel burning sensation in your stomach.
