- Green Lentils (Hari Moong Dal) – 3 Spoons
- Raw Peanuts (Kachi Mungfali) – 2 Spoons

- Cashew nuts (Kaaju) – 4-5
- Figs (Anjeer) – 1
- Water – 1 Bowl
Time for Preparation
- Salad - 1 Night
- Sprouts – 2-3 days / nights (need to change the water daily and to keep them covered all the time), Better to keep in refrigerator.
How to Prepare?
Soak these ingredients together in the said quantity overnight and the following morning, drain the water and keep them in a Bowl.
For Better Taste, a pinch of black salt or rock salt with some lemon drops can be added.
Also, it can be garnished with seasonal green leaves and vegetables such as chopped coriander leaves, cabbage, cucumber, onion, carrots, and tomatoes (1-2 tsp each) for making it a Super Nutritional Bowl.
Best Time to Have this Nutritional Bowl
You can have it in your breakfast, evening snacks or meanwhile working all the day.
One can also soak all these ingredients once and can use for next 1 week by keeping in the refrigerator and can have the taste of both Salad and Sprouts together with less efforts. But, never keep once soaked ingredients for more than a week in any situation and it may cause problems for a person who is already suffering from any chronic or acute disease.
