1. Healthy Pulao With Soya Chunks
Ingredients
- Brown rice- 200 gram
- Green capsicum- 30 gm
- Red capsicum-30 gm
- Carrot- 30 gm
- Pea- 30 gm
- Cow ghee- 50-100ml.
- Cumin seeds- 2-5 gm
- Corainder seeds-2-5gm
- Soya chunks- 100 gm
- Onion and garlic paste- 10 gm
- Curcumin powder- 5-10 gm
- Tomato-10 gm

How To Prepare This
- Boil water and then add soya chunks in it, keep them soaked in it for sometime(10-15 minutes) then drained out the water, squeeze the soya chunks gently with your hand and keep them in strainer for some time.
- Cut the green and red capsicum, carrot into small pieces.
- Add cow ghee (30ml) in a cooker; let it get cooked, put coriander &cumin seeds in it once there color changes into dark brown add onion-garlic paste in it.
- Then add chopped tomato in it, sprinkle curcumin powder over the mixture, let it get cooked for some time, now add washed rice, peas and soya chunks in it.
- Put water as per the requirement and cover the lid of cooker. Steam it for 3-4 whistles. Then leave it for some time to settle the whistle down.

2. Cutlet With Soya Chunk
A cutlet is something which every children, teen or adult love to eat. We can make it more nutritive by adding soya chunks in it.
Ingredients
- Meshed potato- 200 to 300 gm
- Coriander powder and leaves-5-10 gm
- Green chili- 2-5 gm
- Crushed soya chunks (powder)- 200 grams
- Corn flour- 50 gm
- Salt- 2-5 gram
- Curcumin powder- 5-10 gram
- Cow ghee/vegetable oil- 10-30 ml
Method To Prepare This
- Mix the meshed potato with crushed soya chunks powder, add salt and curcumin poder as per the need, and mix it properly.
- Make a round ‘cutlet’with your hands.
- Heat a pan; add few drops of vegetable oil/cow ghee over it.
- Place the raw cutlet on the heated pan, let it get cooked from one side then turn it to the other side.

One can have this in their breakfast or as an evening snack.
3. Vegetable Salad With Soya Chunks
Ingredients
- Fruits such as apple, pomegranate, watermelon– combined 100grams
- Broccoli- 30 gm
- Spinach ,coriander leaves- 3-5 leaves each
- Boiled soya chunks- 100 gram
- Tomato-10 gm
- Raisins-5-10
- Cashew nuts- 5-10
- Soaked Almonds- 5-10
- Himalayan pink salt- 2-5 gm

- Blend above mentioned fruits, vegetables and soya chunks with each other.
- For garnishing add coriander and spinach leaves, one can also sprinkle little bit of chat masala over it.
- For adding little bit of sour taste in it you can spray few drops of squeeze lemon over it.

A man should take food twice daily in the morning and evening. After evacuation of bowel when our body senses are clear, body feels light, clear and heart is devoid of harmful toxins, person feels the desire to consume food, stomach is empty and hunger flares up, one should consume food.

Acharya Sushruta Explains That
In winter season where nights are long-lasting and lengthy, one should consume food in the morning only while in summer season where days are lengthy, try to intake food in the first prahar (means 5 to 6 pm) of night and in afternoon also. Seasons where day and night are of equal length, food should be eaten at indicated duration of time by maintaining the gap of 5 to 6 hours in each meal.
Certain Rules One Must Keep In Their Mind
- One should eat food which is hot, not contradictory to our prakriti(vataj, pitaj, kaphaj, or combination of any two) also that too after proper digestion of previous meals.
- Try to consume food articles which are wholesome to body.
- If food is taken in proper amount it prolongs life and doesn’t aggravate the doshas.
- Heavy food should be consumed half of the stomach, light food (like moong daal) should not be consumed in excess. The amount of food consumed should be so that it gets digested easily.
- Do not eat in hurry; eat with concentration without talking and laughing.
