1. Coconut water

It is the best aid for all types of digestive disorders. Coconut water reduces the swelling and also soothes the mucous membrane of the colon and rectum.
- Drink 1-2 glasses of coconut water twice daily.

2. Seesam leaves juice

10. Carrot soup

- Stir for 1-2 minutes on medium flame then add blended carrot in it.
