1. Shuddha Jaypal (Purified Realgar)
After proper Śodhana, Jaypal is described in Rasaśāstra as a potent Jvaraghna and Krimighna dravya. It helps counter stubborn, recurrent, and toxin-associated fevers by eliminating deep-seated Āma and pathogenic factors, while supporting restoration of metabolic balance when used in minute, classical doses.
2. Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa)
Kutki is a well-known Tikta rasa herb with strong Jvaraghna and Āma-pācana properties. Classical texts highlight its role in fevers associated with Pitta aggravation, liver involvement, or toxin accumulation, helping reduce internal heat and cleanse the system.
3. Sonageru (Red Ochre)
Sonageru is described as Śīta vīrya and Pitta-śāmaka. It helps relieve fever associated with excessive heat, burning sensation, and Rakta involvement. Its grounding and cooling nature supports stabilization of body temperature and calms systemic inflammation.

Method of Preparation

Dosage
1–3 pills, once daily with water. If the first dose does not completely resolve the fever, the second dose can be given.
