Classical Reference : Ras Tantra Saar and Siddha Prayog Sangreha
Classical Indication : Jwara
Introduction
Fever, known as Jwara in Ayurveda, is considered one of the most significant disorders, as it affects both the body and mind. It arises from the imbalance of Doshas along with impairment of Agni, leading to the formation of Ama and systemic discomfort. Ayurvedic management of fever focuses on restoring digestive strength, clearing metabolic toxins, and re-establishing internal balance. Nirvedan Churna is a classical herbal formulation traditionally used to support this process. Its carefully selected ingredients work in harmony to pacify aggravated Doshas, promote lightness, and assist the body’s natural response during febrile conditions.
