Palandava Ghritam - Benefits, Usage, Indications and Dosage
Palandava Ghritam is a classical formulation that is available as in the form of herbal ghee.
- Palandu Swarasa (Onion juice)
Method of Preparation
All ingredients are added to ghee and cooked as ghrit paak method.
Have 1/4-1/2 tsp followed by hot water on empty stomach 1-2 times or as recommended by the physician. It can be taken early morning on empty stomach or at noon after meals.
Dosage up to 15 to 25 ml is also recommended.
