Diet Plan for Patients of Adenomyosis

Women who suffer from Adenomyosis usually experience - excessive menstrual bleeding accompanied with severe lower abdomen pain. This is the result of blood and debris that is trapped inside the uterine wall, which causes swelling of the uterus and severe cramps with menstrual bleeding. In Adenomyosis the endometrial tissue is located deep within the uterine muscle, so during menstruation it causes inflammation, swelling, and pain.
