Diet Plan for Gout and Hyperuricemia Patients
5:30 AM: WAKE-UP TIME: Take 1-2 glass of Luke warm water.
6:00 AM: EMPTY STOMACH: 4-5 Almonds (soaked overnight) / Aloe vera juice 20ml with 1 cup of water / Mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with honey in one glass of water / 2-3 fresh, peeled (dry-roasted) garlic buds with water / Drink a glass of lukewarm water by adding one teaspoon of lemon juice & a pinch of black pepper to it.
6:15 AM: 30-45 mins walk, 30 mins (Light exercises, yoga, meditation)
8:00 AM: BREAKFAST: Oats (Vegetable) / Upma / Poha / Sooji or Besan Chila / Idli (Filled with green vegetables) / Daliya ( enriched with seasonal vegetables) / Vegetable Sandwich ( brown bread or multigrain bread) / 2 Boiled egg white / 1-2 Chapatti + Sabzi or Dal / Fresh Yogurt / Moong Dal Khichdi
11:00 AM: MIDDLE MEAL: Sattu / Buttermilk / Mattha (without filter, salty) / Make a tea by adding ginger, tulsi with half lemon juice / Coconut water / Fruits
1:00-2:00 PM: LUNCH: Have 1 Bowl of green salad before lunch. 1 or 2 Chapatti + Dal / Yogurt + Sabzi / Rice / Moong dal Khichdi
5:00 PM: EVENING MEAL: Fruits/ Roasted Chana / Murmura / Non-Oily Dry Fruits / Herbal Tea / Low Fat Milk
8:00 PM: DINNER: Vegetable Soup/ Fruits / Salad / Boiled Vegetables

1-2 Chapatti + Dal / Sabzi / Rice / Moong Dal Khichdi
