  • Whole grains are good but white flour and wheat should be avoided / limited in this problem.

  • Very sour fruits
  • Grapes, oranges (in moderation)
  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Avocado
  • Pineapple
  • Pomegranate
  • Kiwi - only ripen and sweet

  • Berries - only sweet
  • Amla (Indian goose berry)

Pulses
