Abstract

Respiratory allergies are mainly caused when proteins in the air are inhaled by the person leading to airway inflammation. This might also be caused due to reaction of specific type irritants like fumes or smokes. There are also other sources for allergy which includes pollen, dust mites, animal fur and many more.This can result in sneezing, itching in nose, throat as well as mouth, congestion, sometimes eyes become watery. It is very commonly seen in children but can be seen in adults too. People tend to go for Allopathic medications while it can be easily treated through easy home remedies. Home Remedy No.1 (Milk and Dates)

So let's start with remedy number one for respiratory allergies like when we face flu-like symptoms. We have a runny nose and we are sneezing with some itchy eyes. So, what we can do, the first thing we can take from the kitchen is to take dates. They are quite often present in our kitchen and you can boil two dates in the milk. Take fresh milk and boil these dates in one glass of milk or you can also add water to it. You can drink this milk and you don't even need to add sugar as it contains natural sugar. You can drink this milk in the morning and evening, this is very effective with the people who have runny noses or sneezing. You don't need to start any kind of Allopathic medicine or antibiotics as this is one of the good herbal remedies which we can easily find at our place.

Home Remedy No.2 (Milk, Turmeric and Almond oil)

Remedy number two what we can do in this is we can take plain milk again it should be hot. We take a little bit of one spoon of almond oil, half a spoon of turmeric or either you can boil these things directly into milk. Take half a spoon of turmeric and one spoon of almond oil, and boil this. If you find it bitter or find it difficult for the little kids, you can take hot or cold milk, add little turmeric along with that and add one fourth spoon of almond oil. Mix this together and you can also add sugar to it or according to your taste. You can drink this every morning and evening as this is a useful remedy for sneezing problems like when you get up in the morning. If you have a runny nose then you can try this.

Home Remedy No.3 (Black gram powder, Cow ghee and Milk)

Remey number three, It is a very effective remedy even for young kids and once they start drinking it and they enjoy it, they keep on asking their grandmothers or mothers to make this thing again. This is a very refreshing thing for children, so what we have to do is take one black gram powder called basin, cow ghee and fourth thing is milk. What we do is we take one spoon of besan that is black gram flour, then add two spoons of cow ghee and we roast that on a high flame, then add sugar equivalent to the besan quantity like one spoon of besan and one spoon of sugar, maybe you can add more sugar. Roast them on the flame and then what you do is once it is red, put milk according to your quantity if you want one cup or you want to drink a big glass of this mixture and boil them at a good temperature. You have to drink it hot and enjoy this sweet drink.This is really good for your chest for all the phlegm deposited inside the chest, all the congestion, all the runny nose that you face and even sneezing if you are drinking this morning or evening for three to four days you will definitely see positive change.

Home Remedy No.4 (Basil, Ginger, Black Pepper and Honey)

Remedy number five includes seven things including English tea also called Assam tea. Then take a dalchini called cinnamon, then take big and small cardamom, take black pepper seeds,clove buds and mustard oil. So, these are the seven things needed in this remedy for respiratory things like sneezing, runny nose, itching in the nose and all these kinds of flu-like symptoms. So, what you have to do is take one big piece of dalchini, two pieces of big and small cardamom which is enough, four black pepper, two to three cloves, one spoon of mustard oil and half teaspoon of Assam tea. Then boil them in one glass of water and make them in a way you make normal tea. This is more like a herbal masala tea and it is very effective tea, you don't need to put milk in this. Just boil them and with mustard it is very effective because it is responsible for flushing out phlegm that is deposited in the chest. Drink this every morning as well as evening, you will see amazing results with this.
