Introduction
Manikya Pishti is an ayurvedic formulation that is known to prepared from ruby. This formulation is known to control vata and kapha doshas. This is used to treat problems related with mental, physical and sexual health.
Ingredients
- Shuddha Manikya – Purified Ruby
- Rose water – quantity sufficient
Method of Preparation
- Take ruby up to 10 grams and powder it.
- Ground this powder with rose water for three to four days.
- Make this mixture till its texture look as fine as collyrium.
- Your pishti is prepared.
