Introduction

Mukta bhasma is an ayurvedic formulation. This is prepared from the pearls. This bhasma is used to reduce the extra heat present in the body. This is used to balance acid in the body. This contains many mineral inside its body like calcium, silicon, phosphorous, magnesium and manganese etc.

Ingredients

  • Pearls
  • Rose water

Method of Preparation

  1. Take pearls and purify these.
  2. Now grind the pearls and ground their powder with rose water.
  3. Made its disc shaped cakes, dried them and heated in the absence of air in 500 degree Celsius for three hours.
  4. Repeat this process up to three times and you got a white colored mukta bhasma, also known as pearl clax.

Dose

70 – 125 mg two times a day with honey or chyawanprash.
