Indushekhara Rasa - Benefits, Usage, Indications and Dosage

Indushekhara Rasa is an Ayurvedic medicine available in the tablet form. This medicine is given to the pregnant ladies in different problems like fever, cough, respiratory problems, nausea, vomiting, weakness etc. Ingredients used in the formulation of this product are very effective to improve the functions of liver and spleen.
Ingredients
- Shilajeet - Asphaltum
- Abharak bhasma
- Rasa sindoor
- Praval bhasma
- Lauh bhasma
- Swarnamakshik bhasma
- Shudh harital
- Bhringraj
- Arjuna
- Nirgundi
- Adusa
- Lotus
- Jalkamal
- Kuda
Juice of each of these herbs:
Method of Preparation
Make the powder of ingredients from 1-7 and triturate with decoction or juice of each ingredient from 8-14 for 11 times. Tablets of 125 mg are made.
Dosage
Take the tablet of 125 mg Take 1-2 tablets with honey or water morning and evening daily.
Indications
It is given to the pregnant ladies for different problems like fever, cough, respiratory problems, nausea, vomiting, weakness etc.
It also manages bleeding diarrhea, low digestive fire, lethargy and nervine weakness.
Side Effects
Take this medicine only under medical supervision.
