It features a combination of Madhura (sweet), Tikta (bitter), and Katu (pungent) Rasa, alongside Ushna Virya (hot potency). In this formulation, it penetrates deeply into the intestinal microchannels to neutralize and detoxify accumulated Aam (toxins). Its potent antimicrobial action eradicates the core infections causing dysentery, while simultaneously eliminating foul intestinal odor.
