• Gold Bhasma
• Silver Bhasma
• Tin calx
• Lead calx
• Iron Bhasma

• Cow milk

Water decoction of:-

• Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum)
• Malabar nut (Adhatoda vasica)
• Laksha (Laccifer lacca)
• Udeechya (Andropogon vetiveria)
• Banana tree (Musa paradisiaca)
• Lotus (Nelumbium speciosum)
• Malti (Jasminum grandiflorum)
• Musk

Method of Preparation

Clean and finely grind all the ingredients and triturate with each liquid separately and let it dry. After you attain the final product store it in a bottle away from heat, light and moisture.

Dosage

125 mg to 250 mg once in the morning after food. It should be taken honey, sugar or clarified butter.
