Method Of Preparation
All ingredients are purified where required and powdered separately. The powders are triturated thoroughly using the prescribed grinding media until a smooth homogeneous paste is obtained. The prepared paste is applied uniformly over a clean cloth, which is wrapped firmly around an iron rod and allowed to dry completely. After drying, the material is coated with cow’s ghee and subjected to controlled heating. During heating, medicated oil droplets are released from the preparation. These droplets are carefully collected in a vessel containing a mixture of sesame oil and coconut oil. The collected oil is filtered and stored in clean airtight containers. This specialized transformation process yields Vranabhairava Taila.
